Your Role:

• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide nursing care to patients and their families, coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, and involve patients in their care planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide nursing care to patients via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with care team members to ensure coordination of efforts and active patient participation in planning and care
• Clinical Assistance: Assist physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participate in patient teaching
• Leadership: Provide direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing or compact license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a relevant practice area

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
