Duke Primary Care‑Leesville in Raleigh offers comprehensive family medicine and lab services in one location. For adults, services include internal and family medicine, annual physicals, preventive care, sick visits, immunizations, chronic illness management, women’s health care, and diagnostic tests like lab work and X‑rays. For children and adolescents, care includes well‑child visits, routine checkups, physicals, immunizations, and management of conditions such as asthma, allergies, and diabetes.
