Aultman Health Foundation in Alliance, Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team. The LPN provides direct patient care, supports education, and collaborates with RNs and other professionals to uphold nursing standards.

The ideal candidate holds an approved LPN license, current BLS, and IV certification, with ability to work within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and complete required training promptly.

Formación

• Requires current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• IV Certification required.
• BLS within 6 months of hire.
• CIDE within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain nursing standards and safety.

Educación
