Job summary

Maxim Healthcare has a Home Health LPN/LVN position available in Saint Cloud, FL, serving pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. This full-time role includes day and night shifts and is based in the Orlando area with opportunities for growth.

You will provide skilled nursing care, evaluate patient needs, and document progress as part of a dedicated home care team. A valid LPN/LVN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS are required; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Education

LPN/LVN license

TB test or Chest X-Ray

BLS certification

Nursing experience (1 year preferred)
