Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Jackson, Tennessee seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support the RN, administer medications, and help coordinate preventive care and routine appointments.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and strong communication with the care team and families. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to contribute to community-based

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited licensed nurse program.
Current nursing license with no restrictions.
Current CPR certification or eligible to obtain.
Ability to communicate with interdisciplinary team and families.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform required tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services.
Administer medications and assist with administration when needed.
Assist with scheduling preventive and routine medical appointments.
Observe for and report abnormal health findings to the physician.
Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and the Interdisciplinary Team.
Advocate for people supported and develop community supports.
