Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to patient assessment by collecting and reporting data.
• Assist with patient education and medication administration.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the team.
• Maintain competencies required to perform nursing duties.
