Medcor is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as the Clinic Manager at our employer-based occupational health clinic in Kirkland, Washington.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking to transition out of traditional bedside, hospital, long-term care, or skilled nursing while continuing to use their clinical skills in a hands‑on healthcare environment.
As the Clinic Manager, you’ll provide direct patient care while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the onsite clinic. You’ll treat workplace injuries and illnesses, support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and partner closely with Medcor leadership, client contacts, and outside medical providers.
This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
No nights
Enjoy a predictable schedule that gets you home in the afternoon while continuing to build your nursing and leadership experience.
As an Occupational Health LPN Clinic Manager, you’ll combine direct patient care with responsibility for the daily operations of the onsite health clinic.
You’ll work collaboratively with Medcor’s medical and operational leadership as well as client professionals in health, safety, environmental, HR, and benefits to deliver high-quality occupational healthcare.
Occupational health experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you’re an LPN interested in moving beyond traditional bedside nursing and expanding your clinical and leadership experience, we encourage you to apply.
