Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Northern Metropolitan Nursing Home for our long-term care facility. We offer a base rate of $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Join our warm, family-like environment and benefit from direct union employment.

Responsibilities:

• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
