Brooklyn Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking qualified LPNs to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

Compensation

• Base rate: $31.94/hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights
• Non-union rate: $40/hour

Responsibilities

1. Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
3. Administering medications and injections as needed
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), if required
6. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

1. Must be able to work as a team member
2. Valid LPN State license
3. Good standing with State Registry
