Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

Position Details

Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Syracuse, NY.

Compensation: Base rate of $34 - $36 per hour, with a $1.25 shift differential for evenings, and an additional $.40 for weekend shifts.

We are also offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
