Concordia Visiting Nurses in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. You will provide skilled nursing care, monitor vitals, manage wound care, and educate patients and families in a compassionate setting.

You will work autonomously with opportunities to set your own schedule, while collaborating with a caring team to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes. The role emphasizes empathy, respect, and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• A minimum of one year of LPN experience (Hospice experience is preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
