Job summary

Roadrunner Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide in-home patient care in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area under RN supervision.

You will document visits, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the RN and healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. A valid NM LPN license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required; travel within service areas is expected.
