Job summary

Hillview Community Living Center in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care on a full-time night shift from 6pm to 6am. Responsibilities include medication administration, routine rounds, documenting care, and collaborating with residents, families and physicians to ensure quality care.

Applicants must hold an LPN license in good standing and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration and ADL support as ordered by physician.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during shifts.
• Perform other duties as required.

Full-time| 6pm to 6am

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
