Job summary

The Center at CenterPlace, Greeley's premier short-term rehabilitation facility, is seeking team-oriented LPNs for 6p-10p shifts. The role focuses on delivering compassionate patient care in a hotel-like setting, with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and service.

Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, evaluating patients on change of condition, educating patients, and coordinating with CNAs to implement the care plan.
