Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Per diem shifts offer competitive pay at $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD test. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information and coordinating care with the health team.

• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
