Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our per diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with per diem flexibility and same-day/next-day pay options.

We offer weekly pay, possible bonuses after 2 shifts, and local staffing coordinators available to support you from 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Active LPN license and 1 year facility experience required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements with or without accommodation; no weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
