First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. The role offers hourly pay of $37-$39 with per diem schedules and convenient pay options.

Per diem LPNs receive same-day or next-day pay, a hiring bonus after completing 2 shifts, and flexible scheduling plus local staffing coordinators available to support shifts across the Hampton Roads area.

Formación

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
