Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. This position offers hourly pay of $37.00-$39.00 and the possibility of same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay Card.

Active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. PPD within the last year and ability to meet physical requirements are also needed. Local applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
