First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling and same-day or next-day pay options.

Qualified applicants will hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based nursing experience, and maintain current BLS/CPR. The role involves providing nursing care, administering medications, wound care, and coordinating with the care team.

Competenze

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information accurately.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed.

Requirements
