First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. This position offers $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options and flexible scheduling.

Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required, along with current BLS/CPR. Per diem shifts are available with local staffing coordination to support patient care across the region.

Formación

• Active LPN license.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
