Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Competitive pay with same-day or next-day pay options and rapid-pay card, plus opportunities for weekly pay and a hiring bonus after completing 2 shifts.

Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required, along with current BLS/CPR and recent PPD. Per diem, local shifts, flexible scheduling, and supportive local coordinators.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
