White Oak of Rock Hill is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team in Rock Hill, SC. We offer evening and overnight shifts at a modern 141-bed facility with comprehensive long-term care and rehabilitation services.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a state-approved nursing program with an active SC LPN license, strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a resident-centered environment.

We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.

White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located near Piedmont Medical Center. Our center provides comprehensive long-term care services as well as short-term rehabilitation within a designated rehabilitation unit.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care is essential.

Position Schedule:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1 position open)
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1 position open)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing
• Current, active LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay rate, including shift differential (if applicable).

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective after 30 days of employment.
