Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. You will deliver safe, patient-centered dialysis therapy and build strong bonds with patients and their families.

Role requires current LPN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, effective communication, and ability to read safety manuals. ESRD experience is preferred; compassionate teamwork is essential.

Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
• Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
• Meets all state/licensing requirements.
• ESRD experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range

• $20 - $30 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
