Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dialysis team. You will provide safe dialysis therapy under the supervision of a registered nurse, focusing on building strong relationships with patients and their families in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Applicants should hold an active LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and have ESRD or dialysis experience. Strong communication and the ability to read safety and operating manuals are essential to success.

Work Experience

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
• Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
• Meets all state/licensing requirements.
• ESRD experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range

• $24.00 - $33.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
