Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Woodstock Valley, CT. You will deliver direct care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support individualized care plans under RN and physician supervision.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document changes in the EHR, and help ensure patient comfort, safety, and education as directed by the care

Qualifications
