Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and documenting in the EHR.

You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to support prescribed treatments and participate in care coordination across diverse patient populations, while delivering patient education to enhance understanding of care

Qualifications
