Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time and PRN shifts are available, with day, evening and weekend options to fit diverse schedules.
The role delivers direct nursing care, administers medications, documents accurately, and collaborates with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
