West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality direct care for residents. As the Charge Nurse, you will collaborate with the care team to help patients meet established outcomes.

Requirements include an active Connecticut LPN license and 3+ years of nursing experience; prior charge-nurse experience is a plus. Two 3pm-11pm shifts with 40 hours each are available; benefits begin at 24 hours per week, with additional per-diem bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• Active CT LPN license required.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience as a charge nurse or in a supervisory role is a plus.

PURPOSE OF YOUR POSITION:

We are looking for an LPN to provide quality direct care for patients/families. As the Charge Nurse you will collaborate with members of our health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of nursing experience preferred.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Starting at $34 per hour
• Partial benefits starting at 16 hours per week, full benefits starting at 24 hours per week
• $3/hr per diem bonus
