Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an evening shift with every-other-weekend coverage. The role provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and care coordination under supervision of RN/physician.

You will monitor vitals, assist with assessments, document in EHR, and educate patients while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients per policies.
• Monitor and record vital signs and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist RNs/physicians with assessments and care planning.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes; infection control.
• Document accurately in EHR/EMR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care strategies.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic care environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team; adhere to HIPAA/OSHA.

FT Eve: 3:00 pm-11:30 pm w/ every other weekend (shift diff $4.00)Position SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. LPN supports patient care activities, administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and assists with treatment plans while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
