Job summary

Cadence Design Systems Inc. is seeking a remote‑based LPN/LVN for ongoing patient monitoring within Cadence remote monitoring services.

You will triage alerts, contact patients with out‑of‑range readings, and coordinate with Cadence nurses and nurse practitioners to route flagged patients. You will also review AI‑surfaced screening output and AI‑drafted documentation for clinical accuracy, while documenting every interaction in the patient record and building concise care summaries to support

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license with compact licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as an LPN/LVN.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiology setting.
• Experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine.
• Experience with EMR-based clinical documentation.
• Fluency with AI-assisted clinical tools.
