Job summary

Cox Healthcare in Tulsa, OK is seeking an RN or LPN for the position responsible for overall care of assigned residents and supervision of direct care staff in the community.

You will implement and evaluate care plans, ensure nursing standards, transcribe physician orders, report changes, administer medications, monitor infection control, and document incidents.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
