United Health Services (UHS) Windsor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN, NP, physician, or other provider in the UHS Primary Care Windsor unit.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PN program and a current NYS license or permit. Competitive hourly pay with broad benefits is offered, with day shifts and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.
• Basic CPR certification preferred.
