Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN will provide nursing services to residents, participate in care planning, and collaborate with physicians and RNs.

The role requires completing direct patient care, administering medications, and supporting daily living activities in a fast-paced long-term care setting. Night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) are available, offering an opportunity to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
