Job summary

WeCare tlc in Florida is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Lake Mary and Sanford. You will support providers with direct patient care, assessments, intake and discharge, lab services, med dispensing, education, and care coordination.

Active Florida LPN license, CPR/BLS, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience are required. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have education or training in medical terminology.
• Must have a Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Medical Assistant, EMT, PCT or CNA.
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Active LPN license in Florida.

Responsibilities

WeCare tlc operates a health center for the employees and dependents of our client.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. This role supports providers through direct patient care, clinical assessment, patient intake and discharge, laboratory services, medication dispensing, patient education, and care coordination. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care delivery while supporting preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management.

Requirements

Effective communication skills, high level of customer service and ability to work as a member of a team. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic human anatomy.

Required

Prior Experience and Education:

• Must have through education or training in the basics of medical terminology.
• Must have a Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, PCT or CNA
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience required.

Licenses/Certifications: Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Florida
