Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Toledo is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for day shift to join our team in Toledo, OH. The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses and a competitive wage scale based on experience. Shift is 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting data, making observations, reporting information to the care team, and supervising other nursing staff as needed. Full-time or part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in OH.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care and observe residents.

Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Expectations:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Caring for our residents include delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting resident data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients, direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.

All employees must be caring individuals dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents/patients

Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in OH

Must have current CPR certification
