Concierge Home Care in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care with a flexible schedule and strong autonomy.

As an LPN, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, assist with care planning, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using AI-assisted tools; health insurance begins after 30 days, PTO accrues from day one, and quarterly bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Home Health LPN

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
