Job summary

Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale, PA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, professional environment.

The role offers pool/per diem shifts, with at least 4 shifts a month including one weekend. Requirements include a valid LPN license in PA, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
