Job summary

Stoughton Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse for an in‑person, full‑time position in Wisconsin. You will provide designated care for geriatric psychiatry patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and perform delegated tasks after orientation and demonstrated competency.

The role requires an LPN license, a valid Wisconsin BLS credential, and basic computer skills with MS Office. New graduates are welcomed; prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned aspects of patient care for geriatric psychiatry patients as directed by a Registered Nurse.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 am–3:30 pm; 7:00 pm–7:30 pm on alternate days.
• No weekends; holiday rotation every third holiday.
