Job summary

Community Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Pierce County clinics. You will greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, and room patients to maintain smooth clinic flow.

You will provide education and ensure accurate vitals, measurements, and screenings are documented in medical records. The role includes administering injections and immunizations, TB screening, and monitoring for adverse reactions, while delivering high-quality patient care and

• Licensed Practical Nurse license (WA) required.
• Experience in clinic settings and patient flow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and rooming of patients to maintain patient flow.
• Provide patient education and ensure accurate measurement and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and vision/hearing screenings.
• Administer and document injections including immunizations, TB screening, medications, and monitor adverse reactions.
• Provide quality patient care, clerical support, staff duties and effective provider support as part of the clinic team.

Our LPNs are also accountable for provision of quality patient care, clerical support, staff duties and effective provider support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
