Community Health Care in Washington state seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to join our seven-clinic system. You will greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling, and room patients to maintain smooth clinic flow while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include taking and recording vitals, administering injections and vaccines, TB screening, medication administration, and documenting in medical records.

Qualifications

• WA LPN license required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in a clinic or family practice setting preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Our LPNs greet patients and visitors, and assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and rooming of patients as necessary to maintain patient flow and clinic productivity. They provide patient education, and ensure accurate measurement and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and vision and hearing screenings occurs by direct observation and routine auditing of medical records. They are responsible for accurate administration and documentation of injections including immunizations, TB screening, medications, and adverse reactions and response/reaction. Our LPNs are also accountable for provision of quality patient care, clerical support, staff duties and effective provider support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
