Your Role as a Remote LPN:

Are you a licensed practical nurse looking for a meaningful, patient-focused role that offers flexibility and work-life balance? As an LPN at Call 4 Health, you’ll be a key player in improving patient outcomes—all from the comfort of your home. You’ll support our clients by managing Electronic Health Records (EHRs), coordinating care, and educating patients, to help individuals take charge of their health.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage patients’ healthcare needs via virtual phone conversations.
• Manage inquiries via EHR inboxes and portals, ensuring timely, compassionate responses.
• Document visits using technology platforms and EHRs
• Collaborate with providers, facilities, and agencies to meet patient needs efficiently.
• Be a trusted resource for patients, providers, and healthcare teams—helping to reduce provider workload while enhancing patient care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• LPN Certificate and an active eNLC license (additional state licenses are a plus).
• 2-4 years of hands-on clinical experience, primary care experience preferred,
• Experience working with at least two EHR systems.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet.
