Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents at our Shrewsbury location. The role includes administering medications, coordinating resident care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Current openings: We are hiring for a Full Time LPN on the third shift (10:30pm-6:30am).

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license required; Or multi-state license.
• Compassionate, caring, and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulations
• Complete accurate and timely resident assessments and documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to physicians and families
• Carry out physician orders, referrals, and treatment plans
• Provide treatments and nursing procedures as needed
• Supervise and support Nurse Aides by monitoring care quality, documentation, staffing coverage, and daily assignments
• Participate in shift report communication to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with direct resident care as needed
