Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high quality resident care.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, a competitive starting wage of $31/hour, and shift differentials of $3.00 for afternoons/evenings and $2.00 for nights, plus a $3.00/hour weekend differential.

Job Description

**Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge is looking for experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high quality care to their residents.**

**$5,000 Sign-on Bonus offered for all full time LPNs!!**

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the ability to provide high quality care for residents here at Concordia. Some of those responsibilities include:

• Administering medications
• Completing accurate and timely resident assessments and documentation
• Coordinating resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician
• Supervising resident care, treatment, and procedures

Competitive starting wage for LPNs at $31/hour (more offered with experience), and shift differentials at $3.00 an hour for afternoon/evening and $2.00 an hour for night shifts along with a $3.00/hour weekend differential for all shifts.

We have full-time day, afternoon and night shifts (7/12 hour shifts OR 12 hour shifts) available and includes an every other weekend rotation.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)requirements include:

• Valid Licnesed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in Pennsylvania
• CPR Certified
• Leadership Ability
