Crawford Care Center in Saegertown, PA is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a competitive pay and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible shifts, with on-demand pay options.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will find a supportive, collaborative care environment. Available shifts include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and weekend Baylor 7a-7p or 7p-7a.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment.
• New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
• Complete pre-employment screening and a Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and established standards of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, residents and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in facility education and in-service programs.
