Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockford, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care across multiple shifts. The role includes planning and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and maintaining strict documentation and infection control standards.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with shifts such as 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid Illinois license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal relations and proven communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care by planning, coordinating, and implementing personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, follow physician orders.
• Uphold rigorous standards of documentation and infection control.
