Job summary

The Orchards at Redford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The role focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care and supporting patients and families in a skilled nursing environment.

Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, documenting patient responses, coordinating with the health care team, and supporting unit management as needed. LPN licensure is required, with a preference for at least one year of experience.
