Job summary

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the General Government Cabinet and Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Radcliff Veterans Center in Radcliff, KY. This full-time role includes OT eligibility and a local locality premium to reflect Hardin County duties.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care under supervision, medication administration, data collection, and resident assessments for veterans in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Description

The Radcliff Veteran Center is a skilled nursing facility that cares for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’sVeterans. Our mission is to Serve Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity andproviding compassionate care.

The Licensed Practical Nurse position is responsible for caring for the residents of the Carl M. BrashearRadcliff Veterans Center.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Performs nursing duties under direction of a RN or physician.
• Administers medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Collects assessment data and cares for our veterans within the scope of the LPN clinical skills.
