Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. Pay ranges from $30.50 to $34.50 per hour with benefits including Aetna health coverage effective the month after hire.

Responsibilities include providing daily nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vitals, collaborating with the care team, and supporting residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
