Job summary

Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and supportive nursing care in a fast-paced Pensacola clinic. This full-time role requires collaboration with physicians, care teams, and patients to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Preferred: 1 year of LPN experience in a primary care setting.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Purpose

As an LPN, you will provide both direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, Clinical Director, Physician, or other health care provider. You will play a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes and delivering care that aligns with quality assurance and patient satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing patient-centered nursing care within the scope of your license

Collecting and documenting patient data accurately and promptly

Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatments

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with clinic policies
