Haven of Paris is now hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. Our facility is dedicated to delivering high-quality skilled nursing care in a supportive environment.

We welcome both experienced and new nurses to apply, offering full-time, 12-hour shifts. Our nurses play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and clinical procedures.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff

• Complete charting, EMR documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing standards

• Prioritize and respond effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Deliver compassionate care with professionalism and respect

LPN Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
